SP Group Digital Service Kiosk is an eKiosk where homeowners were able to apply and terminate their utility accounts.

Keeping in mind that Digital Service Kiosk was very task-oriented, the design goal of the project was to make the whole experience as painless and fast as possible to the user. Design language was made as foolproof as possible to cater to the wide range of user.

Our design solutions include a scalable modular design, a five-step progress indicator and a cohesive UI design language that are both consistent and conforming to corporate branding.
